Michelle Joiner serves as Office Administrator at Nichols Lang & Hamlin, LLC, where she helps ensure the firm operates efficiently and clients receive attentive, professional service. With a background in English, Speech Communications, and Human Resources, Michelle brings strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to her role.

Michelle understands that navigating a personal injury claim can be a stressful experience. She takes pride in helping create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel valued and their questions and concerns are treated with care and respect.

Outside of the office, Michelle is actively involved in her community through the performing arts. She serves in leadership and administrative roles with Alfresco Productions, a local nonprofit theatre organization, where she supports arts programming and community engagement. Her volunteer work reflects her commitment to helping others and making a positive difference in the community.
